Nest Collection is committed to making our website usable and welcoming to everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build our pages to align with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.
What we’ve done
- Semantic HTML, a single landmark structure per page, and a visible “Skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
- Color combinations chosen to meet AA contrast for body text and interactive elements.
- All informative images include descriptive alternative text. Decorative graphics are marked so assistive technology can ignore them.
- Form fields use programmatic labels, error messages, and live announcements for validation issues.
- Interactive elements have visible keyboard focus indicators and meaningful accessible names.
- Navigation is operable using the keyboard alone; no functionality requires hover or pointer input.
- Page titles, headings, and landmarks are ordered logically so screen-reader users can navigate efficiently.
Known limitations
We rely on a small number of third-party components (for example, embedded maps). While we’ve configured them with accessible labels, the experience inside those embedded components is partly controlled by the third party. If you run into a barrier, please tell us so we can offer an alternative.
How to report an issue
If something on this Site is hard to use, or if you need information presented in a different format, please contact us:
- Email: miles@nestcollectionco.com

We aim to acknowledge accessibility requests within 2 business days and to address validated issues as quickly as we reasonably can.
Ongoing work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We test new pages and features against the WCAG 2.1 AA criteria, run periodic audits with automated and manual checks, and prioritize fixes based on impact. This statement will be updated as our practices evolve.
