Reservations for our properties are completed through third-party booking platforms or directly with Nest Collection. Each property listing has its own rental agreement, house rules, cancellation policy, and applicable taxes and fees. The terms of that rental agreement govern your stay; nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer to rent until a reservation is confirmed.

All text, photography, graphics, and design on the Site are owned by Nest Collection or used with permission. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
